The production facility is subdivided into machining methods, special purpose technologies with barrel manufacturing, hardening and surface treatment, assembly, sheet metal processing and materials management.

The plastic injection molding shop manufactures the grip assemblies for individual types of weapons, such as the G36 or the USP. It has streamlined a time consuming, individual process into one that today takes approximately three minutes per component.
